These occasional chairs carry more than just comfort — they carry history.
Originally part of the South African Police Service, these chairs were acquired through an official SAPS auction where they served for many years. Each chair still carries its original SAPS inventory number, a small mark of its past life.
Instead of letting them fade away, we decided to give them a completely new chapter.
The solid wooden frames were carefully restored and refinished, while the seats and backs were fully reupholstered in a soft textured bouclé fabric. The result is a beautiful balance between heritage and modern comfort.
Once part of a government office — now ready to become a statement piece in someone’s home.
